Sessions occur in Rebecca's Pilates studio or virtually at your home or office. Private Pilates training on the Pilates reformer and other apparatus is tailored to meet your individual needs. Rebecca will create an individualized workout for you with your goals and specific areas that need addressing. You will learn the skills needed to progress your body and receive homework to maximize your results. All sessions are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise specified.

I specialize in helping women learn how to eat in a way that is sustainable so that you will naturally get to your ideal weight and heal your body. Talk about your struggles with eating habits and get solutions and support to start feeling amazing. Each session is 30 minutes.
Discuss your nutrition challenges and goals. Meet Rebecca and get your questions answered. Learn about her coaching method and how to overcome obstacles and align your eating habits with your lifestyle goals. This is a virtual and complimentary consultation.
